Scope of work

Main engine
1. Measurements of crankshaft deflection
2. Cylinder heads - 8 pcs.
- disassembly, transport to the workshop, verification.
- crack test.
- grinding valves and valve seats.
- Rotocap replacement.
- review of rocker arms, indicator and starting valves.
- pressure test.
- adjustment of safety valves.
- reassembly on new seals.
3. Crank piston systems - 8 pcs.
- disassembly, transport to the workshop, verification.
- replacement of piston rings.
- replacement of connecting rod bushings - 6 pcs.
- assembly of pistons with connecting rods.
4. Cylinder liners - 8 pcs.
- removing from the engine, transport to the workshop, verification.
- honing.
- transport and reassembly on the engine, on new seals.
5. Repair of the water pump.
6. Overhaul of the oil pump.
7. Inspection and adjustment of injectors - 16 pcs.
8. Oil cooler
- disassembly, transport to the workshop, ultrasonic cleaning, verification.
- reassembly on new seals, pressure test.
9. Intake and exhaust manifold.

Auxiliary engine
1. disassembly from the vessel, transport to the workshop.
2. inspection of cylinder heads - 6 pcs.
3. inspection and adjustment of injectors - 6 pcs.
4. replacement of pistons with rings for new ones.
5. replacement of crank and main bearings.
6. replacement of cylinder liners.
7. replacement of camshaft bearings.
8. replacement of the oil and water pumps.
9. regulation of fuel injection pumps - 2 pcs.
10. alignment of the generating set.
11. acceptance tests.
