Job description:

  • dis/assembly of equipment on a ship and in a workshop,
  • repairs of machines and equipment according to process documentation,
  • preparing repaired equipment for verification and acceptance tests,
  • conducting control, measuring, adjustment and other actions involved in the assessment of the technical condition and a commissioning stage,
  • working with equipment designated for vertical and horizontal transport, and
  • participating in aligning of power transmission systems.

Expectations:

  • basic / secondary technical education,
  • familiarity with the structure of marine engineering plant, equipment and repair technologies,
  • ability to assess a technical condition of marine engineering plant and equipment,
  • technical drawing reading skills,
  • experience in work related to the shipyard sector,
  • diligence and accuracy in the performance of duties,
  • team-working spirit,
  • flexibility and availability, and
  • readiness to travel on business abroad.
